I have similar struggles and am coming off of mine as of late last week, it’s such a pain in the ass, pun intended I hope you feel some relief soon! After my own IBS/period bout I have been craving wholesome foods, as you call it, and nothing too complicated. When I’m in the boat you’re in I usually crave brothy soups, easy on the tummy and hydrating. Maybe you have something similar accessible to you. Hang in there
IBS is horrendous. I’ve asked about a GP appointment actually as the pain is a bit worrying lately. Wanted to just get an eyeball on it as it’s been a few years since I got tested for Helibactor- P and some other nasty stuff! Just fed up of it and my stress levels send it into nosedive. So it’s catch 22 really, which I’m sure you already know way too much about already

Yesterday post treadmill workout meal protein shake, 6 hard boiled eggs and oatmeal with banana, coconut and honey.
Egg and spinach cooked in a waffle iron, topped with avocado and hot sauce.
It’s a favorite easy lunch or snack.
