They’re good. I mean, it’s not an incredible meal or anything. I like the calorie count. The freshness is good. I like the portion size :grimacing: and I grimace there because I always eat more and want seconds. And the best part is wifey takes care of it. I told her not to even tell me what I’m getting. She only orders 4 meals a week and off the top of her head she said about 80 bucks. So I guess that’s about 20 per. But when you add in shopping, meal planning etc…. Clean up and cooking. I think it’s :100: worth it.

My dad made a bunch of food for the Super Bowl. I decided to stay home and just going to watch the game with family and hang out here. Even after all this time and approaching two years at the end of the month, I still don’t like being around certain crowds and cannot let my guard down. Plus, if I feel anxious with social situations, I can go play Legos or play basketball or get some quiet time. Definitely eating good today

Boneless ribs, blue cheese sausage, potato salad

Got a huge container of blueberries for later

Kept it simple for lunch. Also I burned my salmon  but the inside still came out perfect! :pinched_fingers:t3:

Another highlight of refined Dutch cuisine. Vijfschaft or Five Chow. End of winter farmer’s food, what’s left in storage. Onions, carrots, potatoes (I used sweet ones), brown beans and apple. Usually it goes with smoked sausage and/or bacon, but since I’m eating 95% vegetarian now I tried it with egg as I need my protein. A bit odd but well. The five chow was good.

I think my favorite home cooked meal is when I pan sear Atlantic salmon and this zucchini :face_savoring_food: perfect every time. 5 & 2 method. 5 minutes on skin side. Flip for 2. 3 for wifey. She likes it cooked.
