It’s really really good. Nutty, dense and takes longer to cook. But it’s great cold in a salad with broccoli and veg. I recommend it

I think it looks mushy, which it kind of is but the crunch from the granola helps. Less than 500 calories and 50gms of protein. :flexed_biceps:

I’m doing some different flavors for the upcoming days- same base ingredients but I’m gonna try a peanut butter and banana one

My work accomodation this week caters for local mine workers and thus has an all you can eat buffet. A bit of madness on my plates to try multiple things.

First plate has some pizza, ressotto pasta, roast pork slices with green beans underneath, brocoli and sweet potato and a roast potato, and a small amount of hawain chicken and rice. Under the rectangle pizza i think.

Second plate is loaded with more hawain chicken and rice which is a chicken dish with lots of pineapple and a little spicy. Aswell as seconds of the ressotto pasta, more veggies and rump steak.

Then desert options were crazy, but didnt want to take guilty photos of that. :face_with_peeking_eye:

Ill be on about 78 hours of work clocked for this week by sunday evening. Big days and big feeds. This is not my typical nightly intake though my last night here with free buffet food so making it count :rofl:
