I’ve been eyeing these chopsticks for environmental reasons, but I’m afraid they’ll have less grip than wooden ones and be more difficult to eat with, especially for my kid. Was that the case for you?

That’s such a great idea for Lent Fridays. Which I guess is actually pretty normal in the States, but not in my culturally Catholic country. Here it’s more like if you want to observe meatless Fridays, you do it at home. Also, our churches do not have kitchens. :rofl:

Saturday brunch for my man: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, mushrooms, avocado, and green peppers; roasted red potatoes with ketchup; spaghetti squash with red cabbage.

I found them easy enough to use as they are lightweight (feel as though they are hollow) and nice and pointed which helps control I feel.

I usually get my eggs from my favourite butcher shop nearby, but sometimes it’s just supermarket ones. I always get the best ones as I’d rather eat fewer, good quality eggs than loads of tasteless ones.

Shrimp Tempura roll and some Mango for my night time snack.. also got some cantalope, tangerines and grapes today at the store. Well stocked up on fruit..

Cream cheese and jalapeño stuff chicken breast. Sautéed chickpeas, bbq chicken, Parmesan asparagus and cous cous salad with a homemade olive oil balsamic vinaigrette.
