I have used raw garlic or ginger in salad dressing I’ve made so on occasion I have eaten raw ginger or garlic .
Bacon (cooked crispy AF under my bacon press), avo (caught at that moment where it’s unblemished and wonderfully creamy green) and mushrooms (cooked in the delicious bacon fat rendered)… All on delicious sourdough…
… Which i forgot to monitor whilst pansying around like a twat with the aforementioned bounty.

Corn beef and cabbage my parents made in spirit of the up coming holiday.. not my favorite but not bad
Whelp. I didn’t enjoy it. But just tried it. It was much spicier than I thought it was going to be. I thought it would be more garlicky and smooth. Mine was kind of burnie on the tongue. I love it roasted by itself though.
