I can’t believe I didn’t take a picture! Artichoke Omelette w/hollandaise, side of hashbrowns and gluten free toast. I was pretty excited. Sad that my taste buds no longer understand hollandaise - still good.

I got some lions mane mushrooms and cooked them with the cremini mushrooms. They’re alright, but I think they need more than the amount of butter I have allocated for this meal.

I have had one before. I have no interest in eating it, I’ll be very disappointed if I open it, because if I open it, then the whole thing is gone. It’s 1000 cal just for one bar actually I think I figured out 960.
