1 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbls cocoa powder
Not enough honey. 2-3 tbls

I added on my own the sugar free chocolate chips.

It still taste a bit bitter like yogurt.

I am new to this community, however I need help with my eating :disappointed_face:!! I have been stress/binge eating!! Even though those around me are saying I am stress snacking because I am not eating full meals at all!! Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated :folded_hands:!! I can’t fit into most of my size 4 pants smh which I guess is a good thing for being sober 31 from substances but I don’t want to get fat. Ugh the struggle is real because I just love food.
