It’s a challenge for sure. We are in a week long heatwave, it shouldn’t normally be this hot. I’m just trying to get by. The meals prep helps a lot.

Overnight protein oats with homemade compote
cinnamon cereal milk is just the protein whey powder we used, just one scoop..it’s nice with iced latte flavour and vanilla flavour too

I shy away from Chia seeds because I feel like they’re going to be too high calorie but then I see you have some for 35 cal.
I keep anise out all year because I like what it smells like, but I never think about putting it in my food. And the bay leaf! Wonderful flavor combinations. Linseed not sure what that is even though we have linseed oil which is for furniture. This looks wonderful, very nutritious, very healthy. I hope that you have a great and cool day.

Star anise is beautiful. Try frying your onions and celery and pepper in some slowly… Then add tomato puree and cook that out. Add vegetable stock and white fish to make a delicious stew. I cut olives up to stick in mine as well. Bread for the juices and sometimes I throw some orange juice in. Sunshine food x
On the side- cool whip mixed with sugar free cheesecake jello mix and some cherry yogurt then topped with a crushed graham cracker

Better than the microwave but pan fries is still not great. I really need to pick up my air fryer. The oven here heats the whole house up.
