They finally finished my new grill yesterday
Breaking it in with burgers and veggies.
I love it. I went with a flat grill.

This is usually my evening pudding, but it also makes a nice protein start to the day.

Just a big chunk of rump steak. Fried mushrooms into gravy. Air fried pumpkin ( quick boil to soften first) and rice. Basic. Easy. Delicious
Bit of a random mix. but using up whats in the fridge.
Breakfast: chicken, yellow sweet potato broccoli, a castelvetrano olive, plain greek yogurt, cherry compote, 100% dark chocolate.
The compote is just cherries, water, lemon juice, and a bit of butter.

This was so good! Grilled asparagus, garlic shrimp and the biggest oyster mushroom ever! With a side of pasta salad with salmon, green apple and dill.
Lunch:
Arugula and chicken salad topped with radishes, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, and a bit of fresh tarragon. Served with a walnut lemon yogurt dressing (made in the bowl so its under the salad).
60g egg white omelet made with shallots, garlic, lemon thyme, and manchego cheese.
Chocolate satsumaimo (japanese sweet potato) “pudding” topped with plain greek yogurt.

egg white frittata, braised chickpeas, avocado, baby spinach, parmesan, pumpkin seeds, hummus, roasted pepper feta dip
86 the braised chickpeas. Next time I’ll get them.
I can always count on mum to feed me, whether I like it or not lol
