Nice little surprise for me today,the meat man decided to leave the giblets in one of the whole chickens ive just been prepping,I took the liver the rest went in the bin!! Quickly sautéed,deglazed with balsamic and served pink!

Chicken sausage patties. They were good. But in my expert sausage opinion 
too thin and definitely could have been hotter.
The little potatoes were great but the vessel was stupid. Every time I stuck my fork in the little bowl to get some, 2 or 3 would fall out

The grocery store nearby has a tortilleria (bad name by everyone in this house but me). I am surprised they were already falling apart today. Fresh usually waits until day 3. I should have contained them a wee bit better. Carnitas from Aldi and the rest of my sharp cheddar. I’d have done more but really didn’t want to be watched anymore.

I really miss English Muffins. They used to have good ones, but somehow they changed the recipe and they’re just not OK anymore.
Edit to add: I have been thinking a long time to go into a small GF business, sense of smell or not. I need a tester, because nothing tastes like it does to other people.
