My favorite comfort food. Ramen loaded with veggies, cilantro and salmon. Sriracha for spice. Happy Sunday night, indeed.

Fish tacos are one of my favorite things! How did you like them? I donā€™t spy any salsaā€¦:face_with_monocle::wink: Haha, just teasing!

They were tasty! Had a bit of spice I found (but Iā€™m a spice whimp so perhaps not spicy to most lol) so they were good for me working on my spice tolerance :joy: Some fresh salsa on bottom, more what Iā€™d consider pico de Gallo,
Hereā€™s from menu:

Pork Sausage Veggie Jumble
With Honey Dijon Mustard

This turned out so great. No measuring. 3 peeled potatoes cubed, can of tomatoes, veggie stock, can of garbanzos, an onion, chili powder, curry powder turmeric and a wee bit of salt. All topped with an egg and a gluten-free baguette.

This will get a repeat!

Debating making a shepherdā€™s pieā€¦ not my favourite dish but I feel like cooking since Iā€™m at home today  and I have some local grass-fed beef to use upā€¦ Maybe Iā€™ll change up my recipeā€¦ anyone have favourite seasonings for the beef?

Donā€™t know what you got in your pantry or fridge. But hamburger stroganoff on egg noodles or mash potatoes is comforting.
Can of cream of mushroom soup
Onion. Etc ā€¦ I can give you more of the recipe if you want.

All the deliciously happen gluten.

Turkey and colby on rye with hummus and avocado with veggies on the other half. Not special but I thought it looked pretty. I like colorful food.

Shepherdā€™s pie with red-skinned mashed potatoes ready for oven

I love that you left peels on, if thatā€™s what Iā€™m seeing, thatā€™s my favorite. I would say it sounds delicious, but Iā€™m a bit mashed potatoed out at the moment. I made too much for Thanksgiving and we just finished them up last night. Iā€™ve never made a shepherds pie, though, and I would like to try it sometime! Do you put peas in yours?

I eat them all the time. Its a BBQ ranch taco salad. Yummm.
At least Iā€™m getting addicted to healthy things now

I probably wonā€™t even eat it :joy: Well, I guess I should try a little bit of it. I prefer my mashed with gravy and roastā€¦ No peas in this; this just has corn as I went with what I had on hand as the snow drift is preventing me from getting out and Iā€™m quite content in my PJs :snowflake:

I donā€™t know if they usually have peas, but I always imagined they did. Yes, a taste for the cook is important. I am starting to convince my husband that he can, in fact, eat salads in the winter time and he wonā€™t freeze to death, so Greek salads for dinner tonight. :yum:

We also made these. Ready to bake cookies. Normally Iā€™d make from scratch but saw these recently and was happy no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Great in a pinch with no mess. Little guy was excited. So tasty. They happen to be gluten free & vegan. You can even eat raw. Sweet Lorenā€™s brand I found in refrigerated section :yum:
