Not often I make a roast chicken on a Thursday. Normally I’m throwing something together last minute after I get home from work. Benefits of working from home these days :yum: Had with red-skinned mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, and ruby sauerkraut. Oh and gravy

One-pot, nearly vegan, stroganoff. I added sour cream at the end, instead of nut butter. I would absolutely would make this again.

That’s the way to do it! I did the same with mine.

Got my bum in gear and made a lasagna this morning. Now I can put in fridge, enjoy time in the garden and can just pop it in oven before supper :yum:

My dad did a baked pork chop, bacon and ham. Taste is great. Only natural ingredients. :ok_hand:

I went to a celebration dinner when I was in AZ at a place called Pinnacle Peak. It was fun and the steaks were very good since they were charcoal grilled. Not sure if it is still operating?

Yes, it’s about 10 miles from my house. We go to thier farmers market there on Friday mornings.

I’m still too worried about my little guy getting sick so we have stuck pretty close to home. I’m not sure how familiar you are with Tucson, but I’m at the base of Mt lemmon, near Reddington Pass and Auga Caliente park. Tomorrow we are actually going to Agua Caliente park to have a picnic.
