NIce. thank you for sharing this one. I am going to make this tonight. Have still a lot of cucumbers in garden that need to be eaten.

Thanks! It was really tasty and a special indulgence.
Wouldnāt have thought to pair pork sausage with risotto. Nice!
Ha ha! Get you some! It was pretty damn delicious. I should cook Mexican food more often. My husband loves when I do - sometimes itās a lot of work.
Family Guy:

Looks really good. And easy. Iāll go back and check out your recipe.
Iāve still got the beetroots Pa came with because I donāt want to mess my kitchen up. Iām about to owen bake some off them with Vegan Feta cheese later. Itās going to be exciting
No recipes, but Iām finding myself more at home in eating according to Doctors orders. Leaning a lot towards the Vegan options because they are guaranteed without milk protein. Most of them are also made gluten-free. Iāve got a Vegan Gluten-free part of my refrigerator now. My best findings yesterday was Vegan Seafood dip, Vegan and gluten free chocolate and Vegan Cheddar that does tastes like the real deal. Amazing because regular orange Cheddar isnāt even sold here. Today Iām making Hamburgers because, tomorrow thereās tacos and Monday Iāll be making Dairy and Gluten-free Macān cheese I foun a great recipe in Pinterest Iām going to try.
I just wanted to share my happiness starting to enjoy food again. Itās like discovering a world of colors going from something that was mostly grey and sad.
Itās Mango/orange and chocolate oat milk yes, Weāve got vanilla flavored to, but Iām not a fan of vanilla.
The natural one doesnāt taste good to drink but works okey for baking. I drink the flavored ones and Rice milk plain. And have Oddly Barista Oat milk in my coffee. Canāt eat to much soy since Iām seriously allergic to peanuts and they belong to the same food family.
Oatly is or at least was a Swedish company but compared to cow milk itās expensive. I was lucky yesterday and found the Barista one on sale for $1 package. I payed about 1$ and 5Ć„ cents for the other ones on the big supermarket in town. In ny village the prices are higher theyāre between $2-3 per package.
I eat them raw but I grate (shred) them. They are good thickly grated, along with grated carrots and/or apples and a splash of a vinegrette type dressing (I like olive oil/apple cider vinegar)
Lol omg Iām sorry but Iām laughing here at 6am in bed envisioning you trying to eat a whole chunk of raw beet that combo of dressing sounds tasty! Love sesame oil
