LOL I did make them last night with grilled salmon and brussel sprouts… halfway through eating I finally thought to take a picture… I didnt end up taking it because it looked like left overs at that point. But let me tell you!! It was SOO good!!
That sounds amazing. I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
Delicious!!! Where did you get that coffee cup? My friend loves sugar skulls!
This thread is making me hungry
It was a gift, but it’s Fiesta brand and you could probably find it online. I love skull motifs also!
I was just thinking of this LA restaurant my daughter takes us to called CrossRoads. She has to order for me because it is plant based. And it’s all great food. Not sure what it’s made of though. I thought I’d share the link with you and @Apes2020 and anyone else. Maybe their menus would give you ideas in your quest for your healthy diets. At least the pics of the food are pretty. This place has the prettiest food if ever seen. They don’t tell you how they make things like where it says oysters. Somehow those oysters are plant based I don’t know what they’re made of and they are great.
Forgot the link

Crossroad is the name of our local Café owned by the church we just call it The Cross.
Thanks for the link.
Milk-less muffins.
They’re not very sweet or flavored. Wanted to make something for my SO to eat for breakfast since I haven’t gone shopping recently
OMG!! that looks wonderful. I just love an apple crisp. I got banana bread and then pumpkin bread on my list to make. Now Apple crisp is on my list. I’ll need to find an easy recipe.
Hint hint. Nudge nudge.
I just googled one for ingredients I had on hand. Used this one. I had no lemon juice so I used raw organic apple cider vinegar. I still have the screenshot of recipe I used yesterday:
The chunky Chef It must be good with a name like that.
Thank you
Pre-made Swedish chicken meatballs (dairy and gluten-free) homemade mashed potatoes (potatoes, oat and rice milk, and vegan butter) and an oatbased cream gravy. I just used oatbased cream that’s made for cooking, and a little gluten-free flour mix. Salt and pepper, tastes really good but it’s a little loose in the texture. Usually this is eaten with lingonberry jam but I might be the only Swede who doesn’t like it. My boys drowns their food in it.
That looks really nice.
I hope all your new gluten free vegan plant based diets is working and making you feel a lot better.
