Are these homemade? I have been wanting to make ravioli from scratch but can’t find the attachment to my pasta maker, seeing if it’s possible to do it with just a rolling pin…

No. I’m good but not that good. Don’t think I have the patience and stamina to make my own pasta. But we been eating a lot of it lately.

Looks so yummy! I was in Italy this time last year so I’m trying to replicate some dishes that I had when I was there. I’ll keep you posted how it goes

My ex got the pasta machine :joy: Left me with the little wheel for the ravioli hahahah. But it works making bij hand with roller. you get an extra free workout with it  just make sure to roll it thinner than you would be tempted to do. work the dough long and gentle to activate the gluten and roll as thin as possible.

Haha, it does look strange, never thought of it like that.
It’s basically high protein gym food. Which consists of lots of spinach, onion, red peppers and boiled eggs, all uncooked, apart from the eggs, topped with a homemade vegan mayo dressing. Oh and last but not least, a bunch of almonds.
Quick and easy to throw together, it’s a very nice energy boost.

I just woke up this this and now I’m hungry, that looks soooo good!

Budda bowl, I like the sound of that, from now on that’s what I’ll be calling it.
The dish that you’ve just described and the way that you make it, sounds yummy and I’ll definitely be making it very soon, can’t wait. :yum:
