I bought an iron wok once and seasoned it each time I used it. My former wife said I took more care of it than I did her. It lasted longer than my marriage and arguably brought me more pleasure.

Had to look that up “Scotch Fillet” because it looked so good. I guess over here that is the cut where the rib eye meets the N.Y. Strip. Which is my favorite cut of beef. Cooked “Bloody as Hell” of course.

I told my wife, all we eat is pasta lately!! She said “GOOD!” :joy:

It does come frozen and prepared and is so good. So I can’t take credit for the creation. And only about 100 calories. Sometimes I get tired of the fruit smoothies. I’ve always liked my veggies better than fruit.

That looks so inviting! I’m glad your depression was more manageable today. Those are the moments to savor.
P.S. I can’t wait to see more curries!

Sounds delicious! Now it’s my turn to plan my menus for the rest of the week/weekend. I’ve been slacking and eating leftovers.

Pa was here with Apples yesterday, so I had to make applepie. Gluten and dairy free ofc. And the vanilla sauce also. Not vegan because I used eggs.
