I mean, it’s not like we were asking if cheesecake is a cake or a pie. Am I right?
I love hot sauce, but not if it’s vinegar-y. I like vinegar, but I like my sauces to be ALL pepper and spices. I have a lot of love for green sauces. There is a most amazing spicy jalapeno sauce at our local Ethiopian restaurant. Delicious!

I started to make my own concoctions, no vinegar, some nice adventures in the kitchen. Thank you for the recipe. I will get on it! I also love ethnic cuisines, Ethiopian is one of my favourites.

Ok silly amateur question. That likely doesn’t make a huge difference. But I’m going to make this strawberry cake that calls for 9” springform pan. I only have 8” and 10”. Which would you use? And maybe 10 min cooking adjustment? I🤔
I would use the 10 inch to be safe. Cooking time depending on your oven, but can vary around 25 to 30 min at 350. You can always make adjudgements next time. That is how we learn.

Made a strawberry cake today with my 4 year old on a day off together. Many of the berries were white inside, not the yummy juicy red ones. Can’t wait for summer fresh local berries!
