Definitely do! The ones I make are lighter than store bought, but they’re amazing grilled. I think there are recipes that are closer to the store kind but I’m a fan of these. Not hard to make but a little time intensive due to baking them stove top (that’s how you get the outside like it is). Worth it though! They are often requested and if you know someone who makes homemade hollandaise, they make for an amazing eggs benedict!
