Finally dealt with the last of my garden ghost peppers, made 30-something jars of jam and dehydrated the rest. Threw 1 dry pepper in my spice grinder and made a rub with it. Holy wow :hot_face:


So I made an “ice cream” to cool things down with frozen banana, peanut butter, and espresso chips. Much better :sweat_smile:
