Todays dinner. Again not the best picture :sweat_smile:

Asian style dinner, I think the recepie was from Thailand. It was good, but I hoped it would be more rich in taste and more spicy. For next time I can adjust that more my self.

It’s pretty. I like your dishes. I like the all white with the accent squiggly silvery line thing on it.
Unless of course that’s a fancy garnish.

I was actually just going to write you but I guess I’m too late for dinner. I’ve posted a hundred times drinking and cooking was always my thing. In the early days what help me a lot was to take a real long hot relaxing shower, instead on opening a bottle or making a martini, before I started cooking dinner. I hated getting in the shower again :grimacing: for the second time during the day. But it really relaxed me and more importantly confused my mind and broke a bad drinking habit. Then I’d find my favorite style wine glass and fill it with sparkling. I did that for about a month or so. Congratulations getting through dinner sober. And that’s a restaurant quality pic right there.
:pray:t2::heart:

Sorry if I’m repeating myself folks.

Roasting fresh garden tomatoes for pasta sauce. I took a photo as I put in oven and in true “me” uncoordinated style, I dropped my phone in the oven under hot element. Panicked but finally got it out :joy:

Made a Biscoff ripple cake. Just winged it
Sets of two Biscoff biscuits sandwiched together with biscoff spread, then each set layed together with biscoff whipped cream, covered in more biscoff whipped cream and set in fridge. Turned out and finished in extra high-strength biscoff whipped cream and topped with biscoff biscuit crumbs.

Farking outstandingly delicious.
omfg!
