That veal chop looks goooood I love veal chops. Mum cooked veal and lamb chops all the time growing up… With mint jelly/ mint sauce mmmmmm
It’s so hard to find the mint jelly these days. No one seems to do that anymore. Really pisses me off
My grandma use to make it with the mint jelly on special occasions. It was the best.
Mmmm I can taste it now so yum.
Eggplant, mushrooms, poblano, ginger

Thinking about you @Dazercat , saying prayers, and ooooh so cute w the kitty!!
Aww thank you. Appreciate the prayers.
I was actually thinking of you too at dinner above. You commented on that Noble Breads and Spreads last time I posted it.
Your cukes salad and you poblano cauliflower look amazing.
Is the zucchini poblano cauliflower served hot? Like just a stir fry or something?
Yes, cauliflower was served rt after making it. The eggplant was leftovers, the cuke pic was from earlier in week, fresh made this eve, and forgot the pic!
I would like a meal w the ice cream and the blue cheese butter, yum!
Lots of yummy looking food today!!
@Alisa Gorgeous colours, lots of fresh veggies. Delish
@AyBee I tried Biscoff a few weeks ago for the first time, the actual biscuits. So good. That cake looks awesome!!
@Dazercat I’ve not had confit garlic before. I guess it loses it’s strength and goes sweet? Kinda like when you roast it? Looks amazing with that giant chop.
If you like the biscoff biscuits you’ve gotta try the spread.
It’s even better. Soooo good.
I see a cheat day sugar coma on the horizon
Damn that a big bowl
About to shake up some dressing to make Greek pasta salad for FIL’s birthday. EVOO, spices & red wine vinegar.
I vote yes! At the very least on the side
Yes to artichokes and olives. Your hubby can eat with my wife
They sound very similar!
