Ok @Dazercat, you know you have to detail this! It looks like a dish my son would love!

Boys do love a good casserole.
It’s a burger celery rice frozen mix mix veggies with cream of mushroom soup topped with those crunchy noodles. And soy sauce.
You want the recipe?
Be happy to share.

I would love the recipe! Thanks!

Wifey says to cook it longer though. Like 35 minutes would be better. Then take the top off and add the crunchy chow mein noodles.
Enjoy
If you have trouble reading any of her mothers writing let me know.

I really need to make meatballs more often. I always think they are so much work but they really aren’t.

I should do little golden potatoes with this, then everything is a little circle. :brown_circle: :green_circle: :yellow_circle:

I always say the same thing! And plus, they’re so tasty and comforting.

I’m not sure. Probably 60’s. No maybe early 70’s.
We’re so old.

Yum! Did you oven bake or pan fry? Or combo?

I agree. I got a recipe for them but to lazy to try thinking it’ll be a hassle. I guess that’s part of the addictive brain. I’m still always thinking everything new is going to be a hassle. Need to retrain the brain. Still got work to do.

Just bake.

You know the “recipe” I use is pretty simple. I learned to make meatballs at 7 or 8 years old. We always mixed with our hands and I used to really love it. This go around, I tried to be mindful of mixing and forming them. It was very satisfying, even calming. I need to put mindfulness and love back into cooking.

Go healthy, go gluten-free. Well it’s actually not like I have an option because of my celiac. Don’t really give a darn about the health aspect,I just want to be able to enjoy my favorites. And my today 9 y/o wished for corndogs for his birthday today. So therefore I present to you, diary and gluten-free corndogs. Yep I did it, you’re welcome
