Gosh I didn’t know I had it so good for a while. Orange trees in one yard and lime and lemon in another. Old established trees, too. It was amazing.

That’s so cool you grew corn! I still aspire to have space to grow the three sisters, corn, beans and squash.

Haven’t tried beans, but I did Halloween pumpkins one year. I might do it again this year. Our neighbors are growing zucchini ansmd comes with a lot of it to us every year, so I don’t need to think about that (still got half of the freezer full from last harvest) I’m having a dream about an eat able flower garden but we’ve got a tons of renovation to do, both indoors and outdoors and a lot of garden landscaping to Finnish before I even try for that. We got the space but it’s mostly a mess to be honest :joy:

This is one of the avocado i used to get in Vanuatu for 100 vatu (around $1)
They were HUGE, amazingly creamy, no string, and simply the best avocado ever. Sorry i don’t have a picture of the inside, but can guarantee you it was perfect.

I felt off but hubby assures me it was all good. Didn’t get the sear on the chops that I wanted and then I rushed the pan sauce and it splattered all over me and the kitchen. However, dinner was served.

I’ve been reading your posts lately and I know you’ve been off. Then I remembered all the fabulous foodie stuff you post! Looks right out of a magazine. Maybe get in the kitchen again and start creating! I love to see all the different combos you make and I’m sure it tastes even better.
