Oh itâs so good. We donât make it as much as I like because we donât keep coconut milk in the house. And I havenât found a real easy recipe. But I love a good curry especially in the winter.

Shepherdâs Pie is made with lamb.
Cottage Pie uses beef.

Thatâs interesting must be a geographical thing, we always referred to it as shepherds pie when beef is used,

That looks good. We got a Five Guys here but havenât been to it yet. Iâm always looking for a no bun burger. Is that on their menu or do you order it some special way?
Trying to use up my old lettuce but didnât really have anything to put with it. I went with some apple and pistachios. Always trying to get more fruit in my diet. And I used my lemon Dijon garlic vinaigrette.
