Foodies Unite #3 (trigger warning food) (Part 1)

Um, yes missy, you and those boys need it too! :joy:

Haha touché! I skip the potatoes and just have the rutabaga :yum: Plus gravy and cabbage slaw. I’m out of peas and other greens :open_mouth: Must hit the grocery store soon. The tiny picky one may eat a bit of chicken and he’ll have spelt noodles. It’s a “damn restaurant around here” as my dad used to say :joy:

Chili is simmering. This time I used a combo of ground turkey and hot Italian pork sausage.

We did order out from the Meadow Clubhouse. Menu a couple of posts above. I can’t take credit for cooking that. But that chick pea mash was actually really good. I was going to try and sub it out for something else but I manned it up. It was great!

God that looks good.

The only thing I miss eating since going plant based is seafood. Shrimp scampi was always a default favorite when I didn’t know what to order at a restaurant!

And tonight’s feast. Veggie burgers, fries and grilled radish and bean salad. I should not have eaten two burgers, but I totally did :joy:
