We always only get the Old Timers. My chiliā€™s has been so consistently really good on the burgers the past 2-3 years. Itā€™s our favorite Flagstaff Burger.

Happy New Year Jen.
Log your miles for 2022. I wonder how far youā€™d run.
Keep being you :hugs: your worth it.
:pray:t2::heart:

Added pecans to my salad. I dig it. Also I found out you can freeze pecans for 2 years!! Gonna crack some more and put some away in the freezer. The tree still has more to drop!! We had a good haul this year

A little shrimp snack while we wait for the corned beef to cook. Canā€™t believe the store was out of green cabbage last week :scream: so weā€™ll make do with roasted carrots, onion and potato. Just in time to hunker down for this winter storm.

Theyā€™re lovely! I want to make some! We have so much cold right now, it might make a good winter activity.

Pretty sure my pork sausage would be better in that.

Same. And Scharā€™s GF Baguette doesnā€™t suck. Itā€™s not like the real thing but it runs close.

We may not agree on capers - but the butter and cheese is on point! (And of course, the steak).

@RosaCanDo It started way later here than we anticipated. I am glad we got the essentials yesterday (Chips, guac, local salsa).

Same here regarding the storm, but we braved the store on Thursday and are well stocked. Madness! No avocados, either! But we will have biscuits and sausage gravy tomorrow morning. Wish I had quality local pork sausage.

Iā€™ll have to hook you up next Fall.

We are debating stuffing our freezer again from the local pork producer. We still have so much leftā€¦big roasts, chops and brats mostly. I need to take an inventory.

Is that a straw in your soup?

Itā€™s never the prettiest meal, but dang, is it tasty. I put gravy on mine because why not.

Let me introduce you to my spoon

I guess it could look like a straw.

I canā€™t believe your store ran out of cabbage :grimacing:
Looks great. Iā€™m gonna have to make one when we get back to Flagstaff.
Do you make a tomato soup with the leftovers? Thatā€™s my favorite part.
Come to think of it leftovers are always my favorite part.
Enjoy. And it looks perfect.
I hope thereā€™s horseradish
