That tofu looks wonderful. I think I know what I’m having for tea tonight.
Leftover steak from last night, eggs, tomato and avocado. The best summer salsa verde from my freezer mmmmm.
Mini quiche with a little melted cheese on top with sriracha for dipping.
I love this. Was that how the chef described it? Or is that your description?
The tofu was amazing. I try to get into my daughters way of eating, vegetarian, when I’m with her. And I don’t do tofu too much. But this one was amazing. I know when she orders it. It will be good.
Not feeling great the past little bit so made a nice comforting bowl of steel cut oats with sea salted natural peanut butter & 1/4 of a banana
I’ve never put peanut butter in oats! Must try.
I haven’t had hot oats in many years. I put peanut/almond butter in my “overnight oats” as I love savoury, so I thought I’d try with it hot too. Nice & melty
That’s really lovely to hear. I probably do tofu too much.
My description - the menu board had it written like I was going to be blown away. I blew a raspberry instead.
Lovely pictures. It looks very inviting.
Thank you! Your photos always look lovely, so the compliment means a lot.

A little Italian cafe a couple of blocks away. We don’t do the Italian here much. But their steak and eggs at brunch with a wonderful tenderloin is amazing.
I ate a huge bowl of oatmeal today with raisins, blueberries, pecans, milk, brow sugar & a little 100% maple syrup. It was awesome!
I had not heard of this, nor have I seen it here. Apparently, Whole Foods and my local grocery (not sure which location) have it.
When I first looked it up, I thought it was Kohlrabi.
