Either should be fine. It can be cooked on a BBQ so a grill pan would be perfect I reckon. And it would give it a nice charred flavour.

Exhausted, no cooking tonight. Pears, arugula tossed in olive oil & lemon juice, wrapped up in prosciutto. Found a new favorite La Croix flavor yay

That’s really interesting about the Okra. It’s one of those foods that I’ve only recently tried for the first time. I believe it’s fairly common in the south east, but over here in the west it’s not as prevailant. That’s great that you kept working with it until you found a way you liked it.

Hubby’s leftovers packed up. I tried air fryer chicken thighs for him while I had my Thai shrimp soup (I have to smile, thinking of my parents who used to say “It’s not a restaurant around here!” so there were no different meals served at once if you didn’t like something) :laughing: Miss them :two_hearts:

First time cooking meat in air fryer. He said they were tasty

Pistachios make a great healthy substitution for croutons on my salads.

More so with Italian or vinaigrette type dressings IMO.
Ever since I read Croutons are the hand grenades at salad bars. :joy: Meaning where you get all your calories I’ve cut them out or started using nuts for the crunch.
