Making Chili today. I ran out of room before I could add any beans so need to transfer to a large pot. I can’t make a small batch of chili no matter how hard I try.

Homemade pizza night! I made the dough in my stand mixer and cold proofed it overnight. It is 1/3 whole wheat and 2/3 all purpose flour and had such a nice, nutty and wholesome flavor. I’ve done that plenty of times before but it had been a long time so was nice to make again.

Everyone’s food looks great
It’s on the side next to the broccolini’s. It was kind of a watery but tasty chimichurri. I don’t mean watery as weak. Just texture. I am use to more of a grainy thicker type. Oh and sautéed mushrooms.
I definitely would have dipped into the chocolate if I had one.
