This dough I bought pre-made because I didnt have much time. But this dough was useless… like rubber!

Normaly If I make the dough myself, after kneading I portion the dough in little balls and let them rest overnight. And take them out 8-6 hours before use

Oh yeah pre-made dough is like playing roulette. You might get something good or not.

Warmed up some leftover whole grain linguine, and added pesto, sun dried tomatoes & goat cheese crumbles. Some shrimp would be tasty with it

Wood fired pear and baby kale salad.
