I was afraid to ask :grimacing:
I actually tried and tried and deleted and deleted. I didn’t want to sound insulting by saying something like.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
But I did :heart: It.
I’d never eat it :rofl::rofl::rofl:
I’d love to see more food from other countries.
Hint hint
Nudge nudge.

Thanks @Olivia

And I was waiting for someone to ask! Thanks @Olivia

@Dazercat you would eat it if it was presented to you lovingly, I’m sure of it. And you would have f*king liked it.

I am pretty sure I would like it.

Instant Pot shrimp boil. So easy but your guests don’t need to know that.

I have an instant pot I’ve never used. Would you mind explaining what you did for this dish? Looks amazing.

Sure! I use a small bag of baby red potatoes, frozen corn on the cob, any kind of smoked sausage(I use Zatarains), raw peel on shrimp, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning. Put all ingredients except for shrimp in pot with a cup of water and sprinkled seasoning. Pressure cook for 8 minutes. After that, add shrimp and pressure cook for one minute. Stir everything around until all shrimp are pink. Pour out in platter with melted butter and more seasoning. You’ll have a wonderfully presented dish :smiley:

I’ve never had jalapeño bacon.
Very nice.
Have you ever had coffee rubbed bacon?
Oh. It’s amazing. A small local grocer in Durango use to carry it. I haven’t see it ever since we moved. :pensive:

Fish sausage sounds like exactly like Gefilte fish.
And it’s nasty.
