Ya I love Spago. The menu can be hard to navigate sometimes but I can usually find something terrific.
I wish the service was better.
Love Vegas too. I’m doing well. But not sure my sobriety could do Vegas yet. Unless I was booked into seeing a lot of shows. I can’t picture myself playing the slots sober. Probably not a bad thing.

That link looks great!
Yes, I find it much easier to peel the orange while it’s whole.
I scrape the pith off some of the peels but not all because I oddly enjoy a little bitter taste to it.
My dehydrator temperatures and times are way different but that link you posted looks great for the oven. Let me know how it turns out

I seriously think my grandmother (god rest her soul) has made me crazy for cooking oils she used them for everything. If your sick, dry skin, cooking, hair ect. I guess it’s an Italian thing. Is this normal :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::woman_facepalming::crazy_face:

You know it’s a trying day when the pets have already eaten twice and you haven’t eaten once :grimacing:
Grateful to be trying to choke down some canned Progresso chicken and wild rice. With a muffy and some fancy cheese from a basket my son sent me.

@Dazercat and @Callie99 ok so I googled gyro, for some reason I thought it was like a Greek burrito. Now I see it actually refers a lot to the meat! I looked at Callie’s salad the other day and now this one of Eric;s and thought they were bean tortilla chips in the Greek salad! Anyhow gave me the idea to make tzatziki sauce.
