Quick chicken, couscous, mashed potato and salad dinner.
I checked the temp of the chicken and was 170°, but I think some was still undercooked.

My first time to make tzatziki officially even though I did not use a recipe and guessed at the ingredients…

I have never tried an American Pizza, In Australia I did but it was not that expensive, although this was 10 years ago
