It’s going to be an all day bolognese that I like to make once and awhile. Especially if I got an all day football afternoon to slog through. I do cooking and football now instead of drinking and football. And then I actually remember the game.

After burger is browned, milk it up and cook til milk goes away.
Wine it up and cook that till it goes away.
Crush tomato time. And a bay leaf.

I guess you really mean you put milk in there!! I never knew that was in the recipe! No wonder it has always been a family favorite, handed down for generations.

It literally doesn’t matter how many times I watch the hot pocket skit, I die laughing each time.
I loved hot pockets when they came out, but I remember at some point they tasted weird and I didn’t like it, only to learn they’d changed the formula a bit. Up until then I was so hooked. Probably for the best in the end.

It’s called Oggs, I believe it’s chickpea water. Aquafaba thing.
I feel a bit mean now for dissing their attempts. I should say to my mouth and eye it weren’t the best but to others, it may be marvellous
