Buenos días!
Not very pretty, but tasty. Used a bit of leftover pasta. Added sautéed wild Argentinian shrimp meat, sun dried tomatoes, grilled marinated artichoke halves, goats cheese crumbles, garlic, olive oil. Working from home today
On rare occasions my husband requests I bake him something sweet. I scrounged around and found supplies to make oatmeal cookies with raisins (I would have rather had dried cranberries or cherries), pecans and dark chocolate chips.
Tried making coq au vin in an instant pot. Really didn’t turn out that bad. Not as tasty as on the stove but cleaner and quicker and still tasted good!
I bought an instant pot last year and still haven’t used it! Nice job on that fancy meal!
I was cautious at first too. Always used my slow cooker. Much faster cooking. Everything is normally cooked in one bowl and you don’t have to stand there and watch so it’s nice on quick but still nice meal nights.
Yeah, I need to just break the seal and give it a whirl. Maybe next week (it’s what I keep telling myself, lol!)
Start with the water test they call it. Should be right in your instructions. Get you used to the buttons and noises safely.
Taco taco burrito bowls! I got a new rice cooker so I had to play with it. Started with basic white rice for the base of this bowl and it works like a dream. Used the leftover poblano and potato mix. Mmmm.
Easy clean up is worth a lot of points in my book.
I love Yakisoba
With lots of veggies.
Your food always looks incredible
Aw, shucks, thanks! I like pretty, colorful food
I love your spaghetti squash boats! They look soooo good!! Definitely going to have to try those out some time.
