Wasn’t hungry first thing so waited and had brunch. Leftover salad from last night with bleu cheese dressing and Ezekiel sprouted grains muffin with Muenster, avocado, and subpar eggs @EarnIt (although these do claim to come from Amish and Mennonite farms). Not pictured is the best hot sauce I’ve ever made! Can’t wait to make more this year and stock up again.

Years ago I tried growing jalapeño on my balcony. Whole bunch of leaves, not a single fruit.
Grew the daylights outta some cilantro, though.
I take no credit! I’m normally terrible with plants. I’ve never been able to keep them alive
But for Christmas I was given a mini indoor garden thing that takes care of the plants for me. Now I have fresh lettuce, chard, herbs, and peppers to cook with. 2nd picture is the most recent harvest

Potato salad = 3-day stomach ache until it’s gone.
