I could eat roasted garlic and bread every day of my life. I wonder if the healing properties of the garlic would negate the gluten issue. I am single and have no friends, so I could just sit alone, garlic permeating from my pores.

Wifey’s dad was allergic to garlic. Wifey hates garlic. So I cut loose 
last night.
Of course,
My dad had no boundaries whatsoever when it came to garlic.
I’ve made adjustments.

Home made bread loaf ( using bread maker) and pizza dough used a pizza stone for cooking them I’m quite happy with myself for first ever try

You’ve got it figured out.
Wishing you many many happy experiences making bread crust pizza dough and all that. It’s a nice thing to do and can be very cathartic/ calming.
