@EarnIt I’m lucky I get organic boxed spinach that easily last past its date. It stays fresh fresh fresh. I’m not near a grocery store.

I like yolky with bacon because I like to dip it in the yolk. I rarely eat the whites of a fried egg. I just give it to the dogs.

Get a micro-plane for hard cheeses like Parmesan.
The anti-caking agents they cover the pre-grated cheeses in ruins the flavour.

Damn. Forgot to document dinner tonight. Le sigh…’Rents leave in the morning. It’s been the bestest! My husband said he doesn’t remember the last time, or if there ever was a time, when I fixed him breakfast, lunch and dinner on a workday. Truth be told, he was a secondary recipient after my VIP guests :sweat_smile:

Made a beef Indian curry from scratch yesterday and omg house smelt amazing!
Can’t wait for leftovers tonight because the flavours will have developed more.
Served with a side of banana coated in dessicated coconut, beans and rice. Heaven on a plate!!

Those are tater tots with vegetarian “chicken” gravy and a mix of asiago, Romano, Parmesan
and the omelet is cheddar and green chilies. I guess I had to make up for the vegan day yesterday. :slight_smile:

Lunch in office. Some not so very pretty lentil soup :laughing: plus some multigrain/seed gluten free crackers and homemade makeshift hummus. My first time making. I used some sprouted chickpeas I’d ordered; I’ve never cooked them from scratch before.
