This actually has some heat to it, now that I’m eating it!
I added red pepper flakes but I think it’s the hefty amount of cayenne I put in that’s making the nose run a bit!

One-Pot Beef & Black Bean Taco Soup
With cheddar, sour cream and just had to have chips. Fritos. Fritos Corn Chips.
That looks fantastic. What a great bread to have with the egg salad.
It all looks great! @ Minnie is the cutest!! Pets for that sweet girl!
A rather strange mix but tasty! I was chopping omega-3 trail mix with nuts, pepitas and dried cranberries for oatmeal cookies and decided to put some in oatmeal for breakfast. Then I really wanted an egg on top. Mmm
Not really sure why I don’t post in here, I read this thread constantly! I haven’t made anything yet today (started intermittent fasting to deal with my holiday weight gain) but here is the last tasty thing I made:
Stracotto (Italian Pot Roast) with Gorgonzola Polenta
That looks phenomenal!
Ooo…oatmeal base with fruit and nuts in it?
Exactly. The fruit and nuts are shown in my previous post of oatmeal
Nice I love an egg on top of my food…7 minute egg on anything makes it better. My favorite lately has been a roasted veggie hash (usually sweet potato, Brussels, onion, zucchini, beets) with two eggs, avo and hot sauce can’t find a pic of it…maybe I’ll have to make this weekend
Omg that sounds great. I’ve done that before too and maybe it’s time again for me, too!
Looks delicious! Must be the day for noodles! The place I went has a very small menu. 4 appetizers, two ramen meals, two desserts, and some drinks. First time there.
I have to order these now, because they’re not available in my area. Guess what I’m making this weekend…
Chili!!! I need to make some soon, too.
Epic taco night. Tried some new things and wasn’t disappointed. Tonight I seasoned and roasted some bone-in (skins removed) chicken thighs, let them rest and shredded them. Then cooked the shrimp in the hot Pyrex baking dish with the leftover oil/seasoning and gosh, it worked sooooo well! Went with a chunky guacamole instead of having my cilantro and onions separate this time. Expeditious. Chipotle seasoned pintos. Lime and chile cukes. So many fresh flavors, just what my winter weary self needed.
