It’s the only way I cook fish now is pan seared. Just got to light the yankee candle before I start cooking.
And my wife gets the thinner side all the way cooked. And I get the thicker juicier medium rare side just the way I like it.

The pizza cutter!!
Edit- I found out Haley Jane likes edamame! Or at least eats it lol She doesn’t like blueberries though normally she will scarf down anything dropped but not those. She literally spit it back out :joy::joy:

Finnish chocolate!!! :star_struck: Do you get it where you live?

 Not quite. I have a really good friend who lives in Helsinki (she is a native) and we send each other a big box of treats every Christmas. We used to do birthdays too, but as we’ve gotten older, we have less spending money and of course everything, including shipping, just keeps getting more expensive.

Other than that, I order it online. I love Fazer. Such a great chocolate. And, of course, getting decent licorice in the states can be hard. There are a few shops where I live that sell European goods, but they don’t get in what I want. Though, that reminds me, there is a shop that sells Eastern European and Russian goods that I should hit up sooner rather than later. I’m sort of a sucker for Russian chocolate too.

Ooh, interesting! Where do you order Fazer online to deliver to the US? Asking for a friend  @Fury stated he doesn’t care for chocolate but that changed when I sent him Fazer :ok_hand:t2:

Russian chocolate? Really?? You must have better sources than I bc my experience of Russian chocolate is like eating candle wax :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

My favorite chocolate is Mexican! It’s not very sweet but so distinctive. From Oaxaca, Mexico. I should edit to say it’s usually served as hot chocolate beverage.

I’d be interested to try but I’m probably not gonna find Mexican chocolate easily.

Made some flatbread with my basil from my Aerogarden.
Pesto base, sliced vine tomatoes, chopped basil, sun dried tomatoes, smoked fresh mozzarella. Forgot to add the goat cheese crumbles.
Frozen pizza for hubby, since this isn’t his thing lol
