Salad with the leftover beets (i like them noth warm and cold now!), Feta, turkey meat, walnuts, nasturtium flowers from the garden and date balsamic vinaigrette. I needed a salad in my life!

served with rice and beans and a flour tortilla.
A messy plate of Mexican goodness.
I need to google a ground beef Chilaquiles with egg like I use to get at Tres Amigos in Austin. It was the best. And make it at home.
