Salad with the leftover beets (i like them noth warm and cold now!), Feta, turkey meat, walnuts, nasturtium flowers from the garden and date balsamic vinaigrette. I needed a salad in my life! :rofl:

Short dinner after group therapy…
Haloumi Cheese with black cumin and chili,
tomatoes and a little leftover of chicken with spinach from yesterday, tablespoon of tahini.

LUNCH CHILAQUILES
At MartAnnes

Toasted corn tortillas, red or green enchilada sauce,
I got the green.
cheese and your choice of shredded beef, chicken, pork green chili, or spinach.
I got the spinach.
served with rice and beans and a flour tortilla.
A messy plate of Mexican goodness.

I need to google a ground beef Chilaquiles with egg like I use to get at Tres Amigos in Austin. It was the best. And make it at home.
