I use Trader Joe’s natural peanut butter. It is the best! Schmucker’s also make a “natural” PB and it is also very delicious. :yum:

Thanks! Sigh, I wish there was a Trader Joe’s near me.

Brunch(ish): Red onion, spinach and feta omelette (other half goes to my “other half”) with a slice of heaven - toasted sourdough with cream cheese, cukes and cholula hot sauce.

On Blueberries
I’ve never tried that. Thanks for the idea. My trainer use to put it on celery  I think I could try it on blueberries.

I use

It does have 1 gram of sugar but no added sugar. And if I can’t find it in the store Amazon will happily deliver it for me.

Funny story: when my mom and dad lived in London in the late 70’s, they asked me to pack jars of peanut butter when I came for a visit. Or when anyone came for a visit. :joy:

No, at first about 2 yrs ago the dr was prescribing me strong stuff and it still wouldnt knock me out, then a year ago i decided to try more natural routes.
My sleeping generally is good but i every few weeks i can go up to 4 days with not sleep i sometimes think its part of my brain still recovering where id be up for days drinking and taking coke.
It hard when it hits as i think its an earlt sign of going into deep depression so i just go with the flow. I has a few hours today and i hope thats reset me and il sleep tonight well.
:slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks! I’m ok, just have issues eating sometimes. Yesterday I think I had an apple and part of a package of crackers. I’m doing a run today and can’t afford to not have calories. How are you feeling? Your cold any better?

I never thought I’d be saying this, but tonight was bluegill tostada night, and gosh was it epic! I seasoned the heck out of those little fishies, pan seared them, then flaked them out to remove any stray bones, of which there were quite a few. Soaked them in lime juice which gave ceviche vibes to the whole dinner. Black bean spread on the bottom, then avocado crema, queso fresco, the fish, and then whatever other toppings desired. There was some leftover slaw, cilantro and onion, and I made a new to me version of salsa verde with the last of our homegrown tomatillos. It was a beautiful meal and felt like a send off to summer.

My fella and I “toasting” our tostadas

Looks like their veggie omelette.
That’s the one I get. It’s been awhile though. They do great omelettes.
Do you know their secret ingredient in the omelettes to make them so fluffy?
