My least favorite one so far. I don’t think mangos belong in bread pudding. But it wasn’t bad.

Sharing this quesadilla lunch with my husband. It has leftover fish and black beans from the tostadas along with the cheese. So grateful for a beautiful day and lunch on the deck.

Cotten patch for the win. Tilapia and grilled shrimp with a crawfish sauce. It was so amazing. I literally cleaned the plate!

Going out to an Italian restaurant tonight and I don’t want to spoil my appetite, so here’s a lunch/snack of crostini with caprese toppings including one of my last garden tomatoes . My life changed when I realized I could put balsamic vinegar in a spray bottle!

Chocolate beetroot cupcakes cooling on the rack and a salad of beetroot, apple, feta and pecans. I’n just about to make a dressing for the salad and cream cheese frosting for the cupcakes.
