And now I’m craving mushrooms…
I was craving them, too! One of my favorite ways to eat them is just to put a whole container on medium -low, with a 1/2 stick of butter and four roughly chopped cloves - a wee bit of salt at the end (because I have unsalted butter) and BOOM - great side dish or egg topper.
And we would never leave the kitchen and eat wayyyyyyyyyyy too much!
Garlic and mushrooms are a beautiful combo. Not to mention butter. I might have to go buy mushrooms now, even though I’m trying to empty my fridge before leaving for a week.
I’m totally down to live in the kitchen and eat too much, anytime!

Rainy days call for tomato soup and grilled cheese. I put turkey deli meat in these sandwiches because I need to use it up before we leave for a week away.

I just made a chocolate beetroot cake. I iced mine with a coco and coffee buttercream icing. I would add a pic but it is all in my belly.
