Wow!!! Some wonderful, gorgeous, delicious looking meals here!

@anon74766472 love your effort, both w the brownies and the energy balls! Would love the recipe for the energy balls. I would have to keep them seriously frozen bc they look seriously wonderful

My food: My version of Dutch Stamppot, it is great! Baked potato, olive oil, salt, pepper and baby kale…

Bon appetit, everyone, belated Thanksgiving greetings to all of you Canadians xoxo

I must do that! Balsamic in a spray bottle. I made a green tomato chutney with balsamic vinegar and it really made a difference. :+1:

It was a very simple recipe: 1 cup of dried fruits, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of nuts and some spots of some kind of nut butter. Then you add whatever you want. Blend it. I added some cacoa nibs and coated it in coconut.

The energy bites look fantastic! I have never made (or tried) any. I feel like they would be a good option to have with with me when I am driving for work.

I dub thee: Migas omelet! Yes, there are tortilla strips and onions in the eggs, with refried beans inside. Migas de gringa.

Behold!

It was delicious and to gringa it up even a little more, I added a big ol’ pile of sour cream.

Oh man, I love me some sour cream! I’m hungry now! I got my booster yesterday and it kicked my butt so I’m laid out otherwise I’d be trying to copy your breakfast!

Snack time. Well technically it’s my breakfast. Seedy grain crackers with pumpkin seed butter). Making crumbs at my desk.

(My iPhone does NOT want me to type “well”… keeps changing to “we’ll”. Damn you, autocorrect!)

How are these crackers? CrunchMaster is currently my favorite GF cracker but those look good.

I really enjoy these ones. They have a few other ones (such as rosemary, but I’m weird about dried rosemary “sticks” in my food so I stick to these). I like that they’re portion controlled for me too. A bit pricier though.

OK, yeah…well…great. I wanted to try them but I am not Canadian. So, count your blessings.

I saw many beetroot recipes here. Does someone know the recipe for salty beetroots? I ate these in an Arabic restaurant and couldn’t find a satisfying recipe afterwards.
