My kids both hate raisins so none of those, but plenty of walnuts and grated carrot. The cake has been eaten already!

Had to pick up a few items and noticed this cake for 50% off, so thought Iâd surprise little guy (and big guy) with a treat. Has whipped cream mousse between chocolate sponge cake, so that makes it taste a bit less heavy, and tastes nice with the buttercream. While I say Iâm not big on sweets, I better taste it to make sure itâs not poisonous (my mum used to say that) 
Kiddoâs already had a slice

Couldnât stop thinking of a patty melt. Theirs even had 1000 island dressing on it.
Opted for the:
Tuna Melt instead.
Provolone, Olives, Red Onion, Garlic Aioli, Sourdough and home made potato chips.
And pomegranate green ice tea.

Here is my pancake from last night. A Kodiak Carb Conscious Power Protein Pancake. No added sugar, 2 grams total sugar. These pancakes I do not have often. They are tasty and do not set off my âhave to eat the whole box monsterâ. Served with fresh apple and fresh peach! Imagine! Somehow I put a hole in it. So it is a holy pancake.
@Dazercat thatâs what I did once upon a time, ditched the steak and kept the horseradish sauce.

Picked 13 lbs of raspberries (itâs early in the seasonâŠjust wanted to look at the place). Stopped at a farmers marketâŠstuffed look goodâŠsoâŠlooks like I am making marinara sauce and canning itâŠ
