@Misokatsu love seeing your food… I had a friend who was from Japan but came to US a long time ago, probably in her 80’s now. Whenever she would go home to visit (Tokyo) she would go with her brother and sister ( this was in the 2000’s) out in the country to the baths, enjoy the baths, she said the men were across the street, and then spend the night in the hotel. She said the food served in their room in the hotel was the absolute best she had ever had, exquisite, and that it was made to treat and be very special. Now you have shown me some of this… or similar. thanks… xox

Chocolate mousse
There’s a great little bakery run by a Chinese lady near my house and she makes these cakes that have no egg yolk in them and some other interesting methods, and they’re so light and delicious, and not overly sweet which is great.

Oh well fancy you! Joking. I have done a piss poor version and it’s nice to have a method to follow now! Sometimes I wish I had gone to culinary school and then my sister-in-law who did tells me it’s better I didn’t. She likes my food too!
I accidentally used all the passata on the kids pizzas but then I remembered I had some crème fraiche in the back of the fridge so all was not lost!
