Foodies Unite #6 (trigger warning food) ANOTHER ONE BITES THE CRUST!

Working from home today; had appointment this morning with plastic surgeon to have a mole removed on thigh (after my punch biopsy a couple weeks ago) so it’s nice I can be comfy at home as freezing wears off.
Chickpea & sweet potato veggie burger with mayo, Dijon & marble cheddar for lunch on a blustery winter day.

No food in the house after our trip except cold avocados taking up residence in our fridge. Thanks Alisa
They are still in great shape. Well this one is.
Got a French Baguette on the way home from getting my Basel thingy frozen off my arm. Must of been a good day for that Salty :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Mashed up the old avocado with a tad of habanero salsa and lime for a healthy light lunch.

Yummy salad with enough protein and fat!

I will adjust my eating schedule a bit to loose some weight until end of this year.
Yes… I am back to reducing carbs, as I had best results with that. But I won’t reduce them to 0!

Sunday I will step on the scale and measure hip and weist. Then I will define a realistic goal until end of 2023. :muscle:t2::revolving_hearts::panda_face:

Want to do it with positive vibes and no full restrictions, still focusing on sports and being fit and strong.

Trigger warning: I don’t want eating advises as knowledge is not the problem and I it’s triggering my ED. :pray:t2:

I just checked the kimchi, opened the lid and it exploded all over me! Oops. Smells good though…… just not as a perfume.
