We adopted our rescue pooch two years ago. So, it’s his birthday, and little man says there must be cake! Hubby thinks we’re ridiculous so maybe I won’t let him have cake
I think I’ll skip making the cream cheese frosting/icing I’d debated. I can save work… but perhaps some vanilla bean ice cream instead

I’ve not used it in forever! I need new round pans. I only have round silicone ones that I was given and they aren’t my favourite. So I opted to try a Bundt!
Not making my own, Yougurt, and decided I like Fage 0% Greek, plain, the best of what’s available to me.
Love it’s texture and taste.
High protein, low sugar.
I add olive oil, fresh garlic, French sea salt, herbs to it quite a bit to make it Labneh.

I do that sometimes over night. Sometimes also with a nut butter and the seeds.
It’s hemp seeds? Hennepin?
At a friend’s the other day she used oatmeal and steel cut oats, hemp milk, almond butter, cinnamon, flax seeds … hemp seeds. ( I thought steel cut oats needed to be cooked but I guess not)
