with banana, salted almonds and walnuts

Protein oats are just the perfect filling little meal and good to prepare for a few days in glasses. It’s like overnight oats with additional vegan sugarfree protein with vanilla or chocolate flavor (by Koro… No advertisement but this is just yum)

Tonights new recipe…vegetable quinoa soup seasoned with salt pepper cumin and garlic. Onion, carrot, calery, zucchini, canilli beans, tomato, kale in vegetable broth. Delicious but now i have too much

Instead of the cheese and sour cream. I kicked mine up with jalapeño’s and onions and salsa.

I had some whey left over from straining my yoghurt so I thought I’d use that in place of water when I made my sourdough loaf this week. The dough ended up sticky and difficult to work with but the loaf is so delicious and has a lovely texture.
